Hello Belief Hole Brothers!
My name is Sara and I love this podcast! You guys do an amazing job! I am currently in the hospital, and binging the older Episodes and I am about to join the expansion pack as soon as I get out of the hospital. I’m currently in quarantine, with COVID again… 6th time. (I am super immunocompromised due to an autoimmune disorder. So it happens, wanted to mentioned I’ve recently heard two of your shows about gnomes. I am of Scandinavian and Aztec (Latin American) decent. Weird I know… but gnomes radiate me. I was going to say, you guys didn’t mention South American lore on gnomes. Some are called duendes, chaneques, and there are a few more names for gnomes with different characteristics and looks, jobs, attitudes, there is even gnomes you can (( activate)) to protect you and your home. Or some are activated to do evil for the owner/master. My family has tons of stories as I was adopted into a Chicano (Mexican American/ Mexican family. My adoptive mom was born here but her parents, parents came from Mexico and My adoptive Father came to study abroad from Mexico, fell inlove and just never went back home. He was a brilliant engineer. And to have heard personal encounters, legends and lore. My family always keeps candy, a mini jar of honey sometime a few cookies or a half shot glass of liquor. Kinda of a mini version of a dia de los muertos spread during the fall season. It is said to attract a roaming gnome to take up residence in your home and by being welcomed they will protect the home. Not sure if you will be able to read this since this episode is from 2020 but I have tons of research and stories for the forgotten latin American gnomes or little people. I love everything paranormal, the dark side of theology, and cryptid. I am a vocalist in Dallas but also a native folkloric story teller here in Dallas. And again have so many stories on topics if you guys would like for me to send a few in. Just let me make it home. And get my laptop. As I am not allowed visitors. I don’t have quick access to my wallet to join the expansion. Maybe I’ll look for you guys on Patreon, or access to my laptop. Just my phone and you guy’s podcasts to keep me company! Again amazing job! I am going backwards from when I began downwards and catching the new episodes, but when I did a quick search on gnomes, Fay folks, duendes ect. I found two. Is there maybe room for a part 3 in the lineup? I’d love to share some awesome stories!
