Hey guys. First, I’m sorry for your loss Jon. I had to put my dog down a few years back and it was the most painful experience of my life. I feel your pain.

My story isn’t anything too crazy, but I wanted to share it. As I said I had to put down my German shepherd after his health rapidly declined about three years ago. It was extremely difficult. One night about a year later I had a dream, or perhaps a projection. I was much more real than a normal dream, and felt more like astral travel. I was in a strange place with several wooden stairways and paths, all in a forest. Then my dog came trotting up one of the paths to me. I was of course ecstatic to see him, and he was happy to see me, but It was a short encounter. He turned and walked down another path that I inherently knew I couldn’t follow him down, and he didn’t seem to expect me to, and he walked away. I woke up, and knew that he was just dropping in to say he was still around, and I’d see him again.

Death is just a step along the way, I know you guys know that. Nothing really changes but our frequency, and you’ll see Jake again. I’ll tell my dog to look out for him until then.

I’ve been a listener for years now, since season 1, keep up the great work. Sending lots of love.
